Wall Colmonoy Launches New Surfacing Alloys Microsite
Wall Colmonoy has launched a new Surfacing Alloys microsite designed to provide customers with streamlined access to product information, technical resources, and safety documentation.
The new digital platform serves as a dedicated resource for the company's surfacing alloy products and is the third microsite introduced as part of Wall Colmonoy's broader digital strategy. The company operates six manufacturing facilities and employs approximately 600 people worldwide.
The microsite provides information on Wall Colmonoy's portfolio of surfacing alloys, including the Colmonoy®, Wallex®, Colferoloy™, and WallCarb™ product lines. Users can also access information on the company's thermal spray equipment offerings, including the Spraywelder™ System and Fusewelder™ Torch.
One of the site's primary features is a Product Finder tool that allows users to search and compare products based on alloy type, hardness, industry, and application. The tool is intended to help manufacturers, maintenance professionals, and engineers identify products suited to specific operating conditions and performance requirements, including wear resistance and corrosion protection.
The microsite also includes a secure Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Library. Registered users can access and download the latest SDS documentation, providing a centralized location for product safety information.
Additionally, visitors can access Wall Colmonoy's quality certifications through the platform, offering convenient access to compliance and quality-related documentation.
According to the company, the microsite was developed in response to customer feedback and focuses on improving the user experience through easier navigation and access to relevant resources.
"This project was built around customer feedback," said Ann Clark Kendall, Vice President of Global Marketing at Wall Colmonoy. "By listening to our customers and prospects, we created a more intuitive user experience focused on the information, tools, and resources most relevant to their needs."
The launch reflects a continuing trend among industrial manufacturers to expand digital self-service resources, enabling customers to access technical information, product data, and support materials more efficiently.
