Unison Tube LLC to Showcase Expanded Tube and End-Forming Solutions at FABTECH 2026
Unison Tube LLC will present an expanded portfolio of tube, pipe, wire bending, and end-forming technologies at FABTECH 2026, marking the company's first major trade show appearance following the acquisition of PHI Hydraulics earlier this year.
The exhibition, scheduled for Oct. 21-23 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, will provide attendees with an opportunity to see equipment from both Unison and California-based PHI Hydraulics, whose tube and pipe end-forming technologies became part of the Unison product portfolio after Unison Ltd. acquired the company in March 2026.
The acquisition expands Unison Tube LLC's North American offerings by adding end-forming equipment and tooling designed for applications including tube and pipe flaring, flanging, beading, squaring, and deburring. The expanded product line supports tube and pipe diameters ranging from 0.125 inch to 8 inches and also includes manual and hydraulic tube and pipe bending machines, hydraulic presses, and related tooling.
At Booth N9101, visitors will be able to view several of Unison's manufacturing systems, including its all-electric five-axis Twinhead tube bending machine. The machine is designed for high-volume production of symmetrical tubular components commonly used in industries such as automotive, agriculture, furniture manufacturing, and material handling.
The company will also display models from its Pneuform range of wire and small-diameter tube and bar bending machines. Unison added the Pneuform product line through an acquisition completed in 2023 and has since introduced updates that include an integrated CNC control system and 3D simulation software intended to simplify programming, improve production efficiency, and reduce operating costs.
Another technology scheduled for demonstration is the Opt2Sim Scan 3D tube scanning system. The handheld measurement solution captures tube geometry using a portable 3D scanner and compares measured dimensions with digital reference files. The system is designed to streamline reverse engineering, quality inspection, and production correction by allowing operators to transfer measurement data directly to compatible tube bending equipment.
According to the company, combining tube bending, wire forming, end-forming, and digital measurement technologies into a single product portfolio enables manufacturers to source multiple fabrication solutions from one supplier.
The expanded lineup reflects continued investment in integrated tube fabrication technologies as manufacturers seek to improve production efficiency, reduce setup times, and simplify equipment sourcing. Demand for automated tube processing systems continues to grow across sectors including automotive, aerospace, agriculture, construction equipment, furniture manufacturing, and industrial fabrication.
FABTECH 2026 is expected to bring together manufacturers, fabricators, equipment suppliers, and technology providers from across North America to showcase advancements in metal forming, fabrication, welding, automation, and manufacturing technology.
