Platinum Tooling Releases New Comprehensive Product Catalog

Platinum Tooling, an importer and master distributor of machine tooling products, has announced the release of its new comprehensive product catalog. The catalog details the company's full range of offerings, which includes live tools, angle heads, Swiss machine products, and knurling and marking tools from several international manufacturers.

The new catalog consolidates these distinct product lines into a single resource for industry professionals.

Included in the catalog is the Heimatec line of precision live and static tools, designed for a wide range of machine tool builders, from small Swiss-type CNC lathes to large live tool lathes. Their angle heads are designed for various applications, including drilling, tapping, and milling operations.

From Tecnicrafts, the catalog features Swiss-type collets and guide bushings. These are available in standard and ultra-precision grades, with a reported runout accuracy of 5 microns or less and multiple bore profiles.

Henninger speed increasers, available as air, mechanical spindle, and high-frequency motor types, are detailed as a solution for achieving higher cutting tool RPM required for certain applications.

The Hommel + Keller QUICK® line offers both form knurling and cut knurling tools. The catalog also details their marking tools, which are capable of marking workpieces on various surfaces and part geometries.

Also included are Rineck’s standard and custom shrink fit tool holders with multiple connection types. The associated Rineck shrink fit machines feature an elevation cooling system that moves heated tools to a cooling tank.
