NetPlus Alliance Announces Leadership Changes as Paul Byrnes Retires
NetPlus Alliance has announced the upcoming retirement of Paul Byrnes, Senior Vice President of Business Development, alongside a series of internal leadership promotions aimed at continuing the organization’s growth strategy.
Byrnes will retire in June 2026 after 12 years with NetPlus, where he played a central role in expanding the group’s distributor network and supporting independent businesses across the industrial supply sector.
Career Contributions and Industry Impact
During his tenure, Byrnes helped bring approximately 260 distributor members into the NetPlus network. His work focused on strengthening distributor-supplier relationships and supporting business growth, particularly among independent and family-owned companies.
He was also instrumental in launching the NetPlus Growth Plus program in 2016, a structured sales and marketing planning initiative designed to support collaboration between distributors and suppliers. The program has since been widely adopted across the organization.
Prior to joining NetPlus, Byrnes spent more than a decade with ORS Nasco, where he served as Eastern Region Sales Director and worked closely with distributor networks across the United States.
Leadership Transition and Promotions
As part of its succession plan, NetPlus has promoted several internal leaders to expanded roles, effective May 1, 2026.
- Zach Brado has been appointed Senior Vice President of Growth & Development. Brado has been with NetPlus since 2012, holding multiple roles across marketing and business development, most recently serving as Vice President of Development & Marketing.
- Jennifer McMillan has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources, Operations, & Marketing. She previously served as Senior Director, overseeing HR and operational functions.
- Kate Borth has been elevated to Vice President of Finance, continuing her work in financial strategy and operational efficiency after serving as Senior Director.
According to NetPlus leadership, these promotions reflect a focus on internal development and continuity, positioning the organization to maintain support for its distributor members and supplier partners.
Organizational Outlook
The leadership transition comes as NetPlus continues to evolve its programs and services to meet the needs of the industrial distribution market. The organization remains focused on fostering collaboration between distributors and suppliers, with an emphasis on long-term, sustainable growth.
Byrnes’ retirement marks the conclusion of a multi-decade career in industrial distribution and business development, while the newly appointed leadership team is expected to guide the next phase of NetPlus Alliance’s operations.
