Lancaster Products Introduces Upgraded K1-Lab Mixer for 2025

Lancaster Products has unveiled the latest version of its K1-Lab Mixer designed to enhance mixing and pelletizing for product development, experimentation and small-scale production.

The K1-Lab Mixer features a removable 316 stainless steel mixing pan with an 8-liter working capacity, a redesigned side wall scraper to reduce material buildup and a new low-friction PTFE seal for improved cleaning and dust containment. Other updates include a large viewing port for real-time monitoring and dual-hand safety buttons for secure operation.

The machine maintains Lancaster’s signature counter-current mixing design, which ensures efficient material processing and pelletizing in a single step. With infinitely variable rotor and pan speeds, the K1-Lab Mixer allows for precise control and process optimization.

Lancaster Products also offers full-scale lab services including proof-of-concept testing, large-scale batch production and rental units for on-site evaluation. The K1-Lab Mixer provides an easy transition from testing to full production as its design aligns with the company’s larger K3-10 Series mixers.
