KAESER Introduces M81 Heavy-Duty Portable Compressor

KAESER has released the M81, a new heavy-duty portable compressor and the latest addition to its MOBILAIR™ line. The unit delivers up to 295 cfm at 100 psig and is designed for use in civil and commercial construction, demolition, sand-blasting, and other utility applications.

The M81 is available with adjustable pressure range options of 100 to 150 psig or 100 to 200 psig. It is equipped with a pV control system that automatically adjusts the free air delivery when a lower operating pressure is selected, which helps match the air supply to demand.

The compressor is powered by a Hatz diesel engine that meets US Tier 4 Final emission specifications and allows for 11 hours of operation. Standard features include an anti-frost control that adjusts operating temperature based on ambient conditions and the Sigma Control Smart interface for adjusting settings and monitoring fuel consumption, fluid levels, and other operating conditions.

The unit is built with molded polymer gull-wing doors for access to maintenance points. An optional tool lubricator is also available to protect air tools from freezing in cold weather.
