Guill Tool Launches 10-Day Extrusion Tooling Program

Guill Tool has announced the launch of a new 10-day program for eligible tips and dies. Under the program, customers can expect to receive their orders within 10 business days of order confirmation.

For 62 years, Guill Tool has been a trusted manufacturer of high-quality extrusion tools in the U.S. The company uses certified, documented steel materials specifically tailored for the polymer being extruded. Guill Tool offers a broad range of tooling designs, including multi-lumen, stripe, wire and cable, hose, pipe, tube, fiber optic, blown film and custom dies.

The company’s dies and tips also include various configurations such as face seal, shouldered, snap-together and interchangeable die plates.

To find out if a specific tool is eligible for the 10-day program, customers are encouraged to contact a Guill sales representative. Eligible tools must meet certain size requirements, with a diameter of less than 1.5 inches and a length under 4.75 inches and cannot be plated.
