Ecoclean Expands EcoCcompact Line With New L and XL Models

Ecoclean has introduced two new models, L and XL, to its cost-efficient EcoCcompact series, designed for solvent cleaning and preservation in general industry. The expanded product family now offers three working chamber sizes, with batch weights of up to 150 kg, providing customizable capacity and cleaning performance for diverse industrial needs.

These compact, plug-and-play systems can easily switch between hydrocarbons and modified alcohols, offering flexibility for different materials, including cast, machined, stamped and pressed parts. The L and XL models feature large working chambers with diameters of 650 mm and 750 mm, respectively, and high-performance flood pumps for efficient, mechanical cleaning. Additional options such as rotary drives and ultrasonic or PPC cleaning support are available.

The new models also offer impressive energy efficiency, with optimized system technology and heat recovery from the distillation process. They feature increased distillate output, continuous oil discharge,and vertical integration of flood tanks, reducing operating costs by extending bath life.
