The assets were surplus to ongoing operations and included a 2008 Gleason GP300 CNC Gear Hobber, Pfauter PE150 CNC Gear Hobber, Okuma CNC Lathes and Mitsubishi CNC Grinders.

The conventional gear shavers were sold overseas while the modern CNC gear machinery remained in North America.
