The MILLHOG® Rental Fleet features a range of I.D. and O.D. clamping welding end prep tools for tube and pipe from 3/8” I.D. up to 4-1/2” O.D. and all wall thicknesses and tube material combinations found in water wall boilers.
Designed to pull a thick chip without cutting fluids, these tools are easy to use without any special training and provide chatter-free performance for applications requiring accurate end preps to assure weld integrity.

Eliminating the need for capital outlays, tool inventories and accessories, the MILLHOG® Rental Fleet consists of welding end prep tools which can be sized and dedicated to a specific job. They include: the “Ground” MILLHOG® (1/2” to 2-1/4” O.D.), “Mongoose” (5/8” I.D. to 3” O.D.), “Tube Weasel (3/4” I.D. to 3” 0.D.), “Wart” (3/4” I.D. to 4-1/2” O.D.) I.D. clamping tools, and the “C-HOG” O.D. clamping tool with a 1/2” to 2-1/2” working range.
