Hydrapower Intl introduces the new feeder system for corrugated plates.

Hydrapower Intl Marco Island  FL, has developed the system to reduce labor, improve safety, accuracy and speed up production of corrugated plates. The system raises and lowers plates into and out of the dies when forming hat sections, V ribs and other profiles. It also feeds the plate through the Press Brake at each bend location.

There are numerous applications where fabricators are presently forming these shapes with several men engaged in handling the plates into the dies and raising the plate to position it for the next bend.

When using this system one operator can process the whole plate quicker than present methods and the bend locations will be very accurate.

The system can be attached to any Press or Press Brake.
