A new line of finishing flap discs that feature layered non-woven synthetic fiber surface conditioning materials rather than coated abrasives is being introduced by Rex-Cut Products, Inc. of Fall River, Massachusetts.

Rex-Cut® Megabrite T27 Finishing Flap Discs are layered with non-woven synthetic fiber surface conditioning materials to expose fresh material as they wear and provide smooth, controlled grinding action. Suitable for cleaning, deburring, blending, and finishing stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals, these layered flaps provide longer life than coated abrasives.

Rated for 13,300 RPM, but providing optimum performance with minimum heat at 6,000 RPM, Rex-Cut® Megabrite T27 Finishing Flap Discs are available in 4-1/2” and 5” dia. sizes with 7/8” holes or 5/8-11 adapters; with or without hubs. Designed for use in right angle grinders, industry standard color-coded coarse, medium, and very fine grades are offered.
